Complaints Procedure for Periodic Training

We're committed to ensuring that all Driver CPC training courses meet the high standards required of them and we take any complaints about periodic training extremely seriously.

If you have any concerns about training courses or centres, you can email;

DCPC.complaints@dsa.gsi.gov.uk.

 

All concerns or complaints will be investigated, and where necessary appropriate action taken. 


 

Service Standards

The JAUPT aim to carry out all areas of our work in a fair, independent, polite and helpful way.

  • We will process all valid centre or course applications within 15 working days.  (Where further information is required  JAUPT will communicate a decision within 15 working days of the receipt of the additional information).
  • We aim to respond to general enquiries within 10 working days.
  • We aim to respond to complaints within10 working days. 

 

JAUPT Complaint - If you have a complaint or are dissatisfied with the service you have received from the JAUPT please write to the JAUPT Manager at the address below.
