Service Standards

The JAUPT aim to carry out all areas of our work in a fair, independent, polite and helpful way.

  • We will process all valid centre or course applications within 15 working days.  (Where further information is required  JAUPT will communicate a decision within 15 working days of the receipt of the additional information).
  • We aim to respond to general enquiries within 10 working days.
  • We aim to respond to complaints within10 working days. 

 


Complaints Procedure

  • JAUPT Complaint - If you have a complaint or are dissatisfied with the service you have received from the JAUPT please write to the JAUPT Manager at the address above. 

 

  • Approved Periodic Training Centre Complaint - If you have a complaint about an Approved Periodic Training Centre please write or email JAUPT (details above) specifying the nature of the complaint.  JAUPT will scrutinise every complaint and where necessary take action to resolve any problem identified.
