Please Note: If you submit a course of 7.5 hours in length the regulations state that the cost must be rounded up so you will be charged for 8 hours. Therefore it is advisable to only submit courses of full hours.
Payment for centre approval and course approvals can be made by cheque (made payable to DSA), postal order or credit/debit card. If you wish to pay by credit/debit card please attach a note to your application form stating that you wish to pay via this method - when we process your application we will telephone you for payment details.
Other Fees
Approved Periodic Training Centres will be required to record information on course attendees on the Driver CPC Recording & Evidencing System (R & E System) at the fee of £1.25 per driver, per hour which must be paid by credit/debit card at the time of entry. Alternatively you can now pay via a ‘pre-funded account’. A pre-funded account will allow you to deposit funds with DSA in advance and pay the training data upload fee by debiting the amount required directly from your account. The minimum amount a pre-funded account can be credited is £200.

From mid April 2011, DSA will no longer be accepting Maestro cards for test bookings and other payments, including payment to upload training records on the Driver CPC periodic training database.
If you have securely stored details of a Maestro card on the system to use to pay for uploading training records, you will need to delete or amend your nominated payment card details using the Maintain Payment Cards option.
